About GOTA

The Greater Ottawa Truckers Association (GOTA) has been the supportive body and unified voice of trucking companies in Ottawa and surrounding regions since 1965. GOTA is a non for profit organization that assists trucking companies with training, safety compliance, and adaptation to meet the needs of the ever changing industry. GOTA also communicates with the major hiring companies to relay information, discuss rates and ensure that the needs of trucking companies are met. GOTA also organizes socials and networking for truckers to strengthen the community and celebrate our industry.

GOTA was founded in 1965 by a collective of business leaders, who recognized the importance of unity, to better the industry and represent the trucking community as a whole in Ottawa and surrounding regions. General Manager:
